    Front stands???

A few years ago I made a stand for Harleys and it just happens to work with Busas having stock headers. No hindrance to front wheel removal, or any other front end work, including total removal of the front end. I have a few left over and they're for sale for $35 - shipping anywhere in the US...

    CASH AWAITS BUSA

Lots of good deals around. Dealer here in NY wants $9600 plus tax for a red. That would be about $10300 OTD in New York State. By the way, how can you avoid paying sales tax on a used bike? Here in NY there is no way you can register a used bike without paying sales tax.

    jacking up rear wheel

Thanks for the replies but what I really want to know is how far the bottom of the tire is off the ground when it is on the Pit Bull stand.

    jacking up rear wheel

Can anyone tell me how high you have to jack the rear to remove the rear wheel, and how high the Pit Bull stands lift the rear wheel off the ground. Thanks.

Who is still running the stock tensioner?

9500 mile on my 99 - stock. I may be wrong but I don't recall any instances where a board member personally lost a stock tensioner after the 99 recall. If anyone did please post it.

    I\'m Jealous of the Motorhead

Thradar, neither me nor most of the guys who had their busa fall off its sidestand ever had any other bike do that. For me 10 bikes over 15 years never did it (and I always parked in neutral except on noticeable grades). I had about 5000 miles on the busa before it happened, and it happened on...
