Could be the fuel pump relay! Mine would cut out randomly but I have a fuel pressure gauge so could see the problem,try running a live of the battery to the pump live wire and see if that helps

Mine now mounts on the swingarm

I fitted mine behind the rear wheel and the pump mounts underneath,works very well there and it's not taking up storage

Nasty I use a lockup in my TurboBusa but like you I don't race it,it's a good cheap setup and you use your softer std springs too

I'm using an AEM system it's progressive and fully adjustable,my pump is on a plate I've made that fits on the rear wing under fairing! It all "just fits" and I use there 1 gallon tank too

I don't get anything regardless of we're I'm riding or how? Maybe there's an ongoing problem rising up

I had the same issues as you,I decided to replace the rectifier and stator as a hole unit and hard wired the lot! I found over the yrs that it just saves time when one goes it damages the other

It's perfectly normal,every bike is the same but you can't see it! It's the condensation in the air,I have a breather/ catch tank system on mine to drain that crap of,on average over winter riding I empty a cup pile of egg cup full every 150miles or so

What sort of smell?

That amount of crap has been building up for years it's not just one tank full,I clean mine out every 2yrs to stop this kind of problem

I'm using Honda S2000 injectors in my gen1 Turbo max 280/300hp and work well,I've had to reduce fuel pressure down to 28psi before boost as she runs far to rich otherwise, so on a std Busa there wouldn't be much need at all unless your going to run over 210hp

Those fuel tees are too close Shouldn't they be end to end?? Never seen them like that before
