Just to update this thread. I had a buddy of mine super skilled in 3d printing, making the frame plugs. They came out really nice with the Kanji logo raised up.
I've mentioned that he could start selling these on eBay something he actually did. Not sure if I can share his profile here but in...
It's normal before the engine breaks in. The pistons and o rings are very tide especially when dilatated by heat, the crankshaft doesn't have enough power to turn the engine at start.
Mine did the same until 700 miles.
Also what has helped in my case was full synthetic oil replacement
yup pretty much so; finding graphics online is easy but printing could be a harder task to perform. I remember a few years back i used to print decals on special paper , transparent but it required spay paint to water proof etc... besides having a printer ready to print on vinyl as well...

I have asked a friend with 3d printer to make a set from rubber. I prefer rubber since it won't scrub / scratch the holes of the frame :-)
I have been trying to find frame plugs for my new 2023 busa and nothing comes into my attention.
I have purchased plugs for gen 2 but they don't fit.
Can anyone suggest some an online resource where I could go to purchase these plugs ?
Thank you
Hi everyone. My first post here .
I have installed two front and back tail led turn signals in my 2006 busa. Recently I changed the entire set of fairings.
I clearly remember when I tested the lights in the end, everything worked well until the battery went off. I removed the battery for like...
