    I think that Convertibars are about the same price as the others if you want to keep the stock lines... but you are not locked into one riding position. I was told that longer lines for Convertibars are an option.... if you want to go hire than the others.

    Convertible clipons... have you guys checked this out www.convertibars.com ? I know a guy in MN that has em on his Busa and he says they are amazing!! Looks like a cheap way to get 3 bikes in one..

    It looks like most of the wt savings is in the wheels, tank, and exhaust... these alone would save about 50+lbs, bringing it down to about 430lbs... a very respectable wt. same as the stock RC51 and lighter than the stock TL1000. At that wt, we might even be able to call it "Flickable"...

    Have you guys seen this site. From the looks of it, he has reduced the wt of his busa by over 100lbs. It looks like this puts his bike within 10lbs of a stock GSX-R1000. Is this possible? and have you guys done some thing similar? :ic: http://www.pro-libertate.com/busa/Weight/weight.html
