Two questions: I live in NYC and want to order the Zero Gracvity double bubble windscreen -- anyone know where I can get this. Also, I am interested in DyMag wheels, anyone know where I can get them in NYC area and which ones would you order if they were strickly for street.
I am taking my bike on a 2,000 mile trip to Canada and need a set of bags. I would prefer ones that (1) don't scratch the finish; (2) don't look bulky; and, (3) are well made. I don't require the very largest bags. Any recommendations would be appreciated.
I am considering replacing the stock wheels on my 2000 with aftermarket wheels to (1) reduce weight and (2) get more attractive wheels (my favorites are the ones that come with the Ducati). Does anyone have any recommendations? Thanks in advance.
Have both Geza and Dow covers. I prefer the Geza though the cover bag is too small for the actual cover. It fits well, is light and very "packable." The Geza does not cover the very bottom of the bike or the wheels as the Dow does. Also, it is not good for rain protection.
I have a 2000 Busa with about 650 miles on it. It has just had its initial service. I am continuing to experience a vibration in the throttle that becomes "hand numbing" after about 50 miles. Is anyone else experiencing this and, if so, is there a remedy. It literally is a pain in the hand...
Anguish, are you pleased with the slip-ons? If you had to do it all over again would you still buy the Yosh slip-ons? How do they sound and did they effect the performance?
I have just purchased a 2000 and want to add Yosh slip-ons. I am strictly a street rider looking for a better sound, less weight and enhanced responsivness.
I would appreciate any feedback as to what modifications, if any, are required for this. I know my dealer won't know and I am hoping...
