Thanks for the responses. It sounds like there are a few issues to resolve, the plastics not fitting would be the biggest problem. I think I will just replace the fork leg. It would be nice to hear from someone who had meade the mod though to see what is actually involved.

When I got my Busa the front wheel sleeve nut had a couple of wear rings from the front wheel dust seal sits. I replaced the sleeve with a Titanium aftermarket part, this now as wear rings as well in only 1500 miles. Is this normal? should I have replaced the dust seals as well? I previously...
