    Spraying big shots

imo, since your going to be spraying up to and maybe over 100 shot, i would stick with std bore that way you dont have to worry bout changing to gen1 block. of course the valves and springs will have to be upgraded. after good valves, springs, pistons, and maybe rods for insurance you can spray...

    Drag racing clutches

50 passes sounds like a lot of passes in my opinion... I have been racing for many years and have found that oem seems to be the best but they are expensive in comparison to ape clutches. You have to understand that the clutch on any bike is not designed to be dragraced and the clutches are...

    Clutch Help

I had a GSXR 1000 that had a violent constant engage and disengagement while trying to launch the bike, while inspecting outer clutch basket found to have grooves made from the fiber clutches. Replaced with billet basket and problem solved.... also have seen the hot spots on the steels cause...

New here and have some ?'s

oh and, my busa was 104/106 stock. so imo on the limited stuff you wanting to do to engine i would probably go with a 107/106 (leaving your exhaust alone). but truth be told instead of wasting money on degree'able sprockets for only moving the intake cam, I would just spend a little more money...

genII nitrous.... any good or bad experiences?

On my 08 I got a NX wet system 4 nozzle with ss breaded line. Now, I custom mounted my system inside my airbox, running my fuel and nitrous lines into airbox via bulkhead connectors. I would suggest to anyone running poly line on their nitrous setup to NOT run poly line into airbox. :rulez...

    front wheel shake

i would first run my hand over the tire and feel for any seperation in the belts. most likely the cause. from my experience at around 7000 miles on the front tire and its starting to seperate and its time to replace it. i was running brigestone stock tire, michelin pilot power and sport, and...

    196 Hp

i hear both sides, yet not sure for the defensiveness either. but the numbers dont matter as far as i am concerned because i have bikes tuned to get the air to fuel ratios correct NOT for a dyno number. a dyno is a tool, a scale if you will to show an improvement from before to after.
