it depends on the state law's too, like in wisconsin we are required to have $100k/$300k uninsured motorist coverage, $100k/$300k underinsured motorist, $50k/$100k bodily injury liability coverage. if your state is similar this may be why yours is higher than others too.

i have an 06 with the stock battery and no problems yet but it may also have something to do with how the battery was taken care of before you bought the bike. i don't doubt that its just the battery. easy fix.

my wife had one, its a nice bike once you get out of 2nd gear. i'm 200 pounds i had it up to 100 mph on the ride home. she left hers stock but it was a 2002 not the cool looking one you got. i'm interested in hearing what it sounds like with the new exhaust i am considering getting my daughter...

thats hot! the black/yellow looks good to me. but its your bike do what you want, just make sure you post pics when done.
