the tankbags look uncomfortable and in your way but i see alot of people with them do they scratch the paint?

I was afraid of that with the tires. I do mostly backroad riding and got them with no intention of riding a long distance and what do ya know. I do have heated grips and my bars are raised but I can still feel the burn right now.

Im going with my father he has a bmw and has hard bags he can help me with some as my mom isnt going but I dont want him to have all my stuff.

Getting ready to take a week ride on my busa. Was wondering if anyone could give any tips critical items, etc. I live in St.louis and am trying to decide the best trip. Only a newbie to a Hayabusa and this forum. Usually riding my bike not taking pictures of it. One of the yellow faces here. (nope cant do that either) I took pics of the bracket but they are hard to see so I wont dissappoint. The passengers foot would probly touch the plate.

Just got this undertail for christmas. For 100.00 Im happy I made my own liscense plate bracket and mounted it using the exhaust hanger. What ya think made it from horn brackets from a Honda cb450 (theres a pic of the cb450 too). Im putting a hardtail on it and gonna be a ratbike/bobber.

Im not sure on looks but as far as keeping em clean if you got a 06le the wheels are a PITA to keep clean anyway.

I just told my buddy after I took the pics I need the heel guards powder coated black and have already been looking into getting the mid pipes jet coated. I live in the Fenton area.
