    Electrical Issues. 05 Busa

Pulled the wiring harness completely out last night, looking to see if I could find a chaffed wire or something broken, but no luck. Put it all back together taking extra care to make sure the grounds were clean and solid, and started to take a test ride. 30 seconds after I started the engine...

    Electrical Issues. 05 Busa

That's what I'm thinking is the problem. Brother has an '02, think it's the same but not sure. Plus he's about 100 miles from me. Was hoping some great mind would pop up with some simple cheap thing that I missed.

    Electrical Issues. 05 Busa

I'm usually pretty good chasing electrical issues but this has me stumped. On my '05, the gauges started working intermittently as I was going down the road. Thought connection, but could find nothing loose. Gauges have now totally quit, tail and brake lights no longer work. Checked the fuses...

    2002 Hayabusa Clutch Problem

Had an issue that sounds like what you are having. Fought the problem of the clutch not releasing for over two weeks before I found that the fluid level in the master had to be topped up to completely full before it would provied enough travel to release the clutch. Not sure why, but after...

    Power Commander V Maps

Power commander has maps for the r77 system with stock filter. They also have a download for a Muzzy system with aftermarket filter. I opened both in my Pod300 and they are so close that I'd load the Mussy program as a base then tune it from there

Epa Saying You Need To Keep Your Pair Valves?

This is more sinister than you would think. Read the bill. It's all about NO modifications allowed on any polution controled motor vehicle. Nothing will be allowed. It could even be pushed to the point of not allowing changing stock mirrors to a different shape aftermarket one from the way it's...

    single stage lock up clutch

My dragbike is a TracDynamics T4 prostock chassis. 70" W.B. 1.28 with the flow valve on a hand clutch. For bracket racing I mostly have run a MTC slider clutch. Flow control must work ok. I won the NHRA div.V national open last month using it.

    Need a PCV Map- Busa 09' Vance & Hines CSone slip-on & K&N filter

I'd load the 20-008-012 two bros slip on map. Try it then make changes as you need for popping on deceleration or flat spots under acceleration. Try loading different maps to see which works best for your style of riding. That's the great thing about the PCV, infinatly adjustable via a laptop...

Who sells aluminum backed clutch fibers

Like it 'sez...Who sells aluminum backed clutch fibers for the gen1. That's all I run in my GS based racebikes 'cause the steel backed ones dig into the basket and cause release problems, so why not in my '05. Also looking for stainless steel metal plates, as they tend to handle heat better...
