ok so 17 bolts to the frame ? does 19 bolt up anywhere or just lay under loose to hold two fairings together .I purchased bike with fairings off and some parts in box been putting it back together now I'm down to these 2 brackets that I just couldn't figure out and the parts pic isn't really...
