Fairing bracket help 2000

I'm trying to figure out where # 17 and 19 mount at ? I've look at them every which a way .STUMPED???Any help would be Great .Thanks

#17 is to the frame. #19 mates the two side fairings behind the V piece plastic, bolt #10.

ok so 17 bolts to the frame ? does 19 bolt up anywhere or just lay under loose to hold two fairings together .I purchased bike with fairings off and some parts in box been putting it back together now I'm down to these 2 brackets that I just couldn't figure out and the parts pic isn't really clear either .I will look on the frame for where to bolt # 17 and it does go on left side?

one other thing it is possible I'm missing a part that I'm not sure of yet .I've look near oil cooler But haven't seen anywhere to bolt # 19

#19 Bracket mates the two side fairings. You use the stock fairing bolts.

#17 goes under the back screw to the antifreeze over flow bottle! Rubber goes up.
