Im getting 45-50 mpg thats keeping it under 70 and shifting at around 3500 rpms. I go just about 225 miles before I fill it up and it usualy will take 4.5 gal.

20,000 out of mine and it was out of adjustment room at that point. sence then I put 6,000 on the EK ZZZ and havent had to make any adjustments at all.

I checked the rear sprocket and it still looks good. All I can think is most my miles are hwy (easy miles) so maybe thats why it still in good shape. I'm going to change it anyway just for safety reasons.
How often do you need to change yours?
I was thinking about going to 1 less tooth on the rear sprocket I ride alot of miles everyday and it mostly hwy. Has anyone tried this? If so will 110 links work?
I have right at 20,000 miles on my stock chain and sprockets and their is still room for adjustment. Is it still safe with that amount of miles on it or should I change it? If so what tools do I need to do it myself.
