When I start the bike it will not start almost like it is flooded I replaced the plugs about a month ago but what else would I check. After a few tries it will fire up and no problems there but it's starting the bike I know it shouldn't be that hard.

I have an 02 hayabusa and when I ride around town it's fine but when I get on the interstate it will ride then lose power then fire back up and will keep doing this on and off when I am at 7k - 8k rpm's. I replaced with new stator, rectifier, oil, oil filter, air filter, spark plugs, fuel pump...
