Thanks Dennis, I've just started her up while ago and looks like it's normal. As soon as the plates get a bit of heat into them they sort themselves out. Should improve after a few runs.

Hi Kiwi, yep I had the manual and followed everything to a tee. Even the outer fibre plate is offset from the others. Nearly missed that bit :-D

My 2nd gear started to slip so I just bit the bullet and decided to get a Schnitz transmission. While I had the motor apart I decided it was a good time to upgrade the clutch. I'm in the process of reassembling everything again now :-)

New racecut transmission from Schnitz, plus a new clutch and clutch mod. Santa came a little late. But at least he came :-D

Hi Guys, I've been having a problem recently with my K1 Busa dropping a cylinder or two.(Feels like it anyway). It happened after I washed it and feels like she's dropping a cylinder between 1.5k-4k RPM. Above 4k it fires OK. She runs OK for 2 minutes until she starts worming up and then it...
