LOL found it . i put on new levers and had it adjusted to setting one . which was just on the borderline of the clutch starter switch. i put it at 3 and it starts fine. :whistle:

i only took one plug off on install that was nose plug thats the lights and turn signals. all the tail light connections are good. it runs perfect the whole time i ride and will start everytime when i start it up on a ride but when i let it sit for a while it will do it . could it be a problem...

ok i had the same problem ,replace plugs, check your air temp sensor plug make sure it is in and tight , its the green plug twards the front of the air box on the left side of the bike. someone pulled my airbox and broke the clip on mine and came loose and would start fine until it got warm...

i had that problem on my 06 it was the windscreen vibrating try putting your hand on the windscreen when it makes the noise.

damn your right i didnt look at it that close. well its gotta be sent back, the lights look good though. good looking out.

this is a $100 ebay tail it looks good .

I need a airflow temp sensor plug that is the green plug on the airbox left side twards the front . if your parting out a wrecked bike and have one please let me know. thanks.:please::please::please:
