Seats can be tricky. It all depends on your body. (Whether or not you have spinal problems or how much you have. ) Generally speaking you just have to try them out for yourself. But if you want 2nd opinions, talk to people with similar medical conditions (or lack of) as yourself. It's as close as you will get to reliable input.
