That is one big reason you tuck your pipe hanger in to the back side of the rear peg and not in the front the way the factory does it! Gives you about another inch of dive capability.

Even with added weight, they turn pretty well. I had Metzler Z6's - high mileage street tires here. I would not recommend doing this on those tires. Steveo, Tuffbusa will have a fit!!
