My Kitchenmaid stand mixer.. I love to bake and this makes mixing so darn easy!!

1st runner up would be my LeCreuset collection. DocDrop keeps adding to it every year.. I'm starting to run out of places to prominently display it...

I'm a kitchen gadget geek too.. I love kitchen stores!! :cheerleader: :cheerleader:

now if I only knew how to cook something other than brownies and chili!

I would have to say my kitchen knifes for sure.

Don't know if it counts but my Big Green Egg smoker is a close second. All though I don't keep that in the kitchen.

I have fallen in love with my crock pot all over again recently!

I guess the neatest thing I have in my kitchen is this thing called Ron-matic Foodmatic.
It was here when we bought the house, built back in the early 70's. I thought about taking it out but it is been useful at times.

It will Mix, juice, blend, sharpen knives and scissors, grind meat, crush ice, has a coffee mill, ice cream maker, food processor and some kind of stirring cooker (looks like a deep fat fryer).

I've only ever used the mixer and blender though.

Here is a pic of the manual

I was an Executive Chef & owned & ran retaurants for 13 years. My favorite thing is the heat resistant rubber spatula - I used to melt those things every day.

I wouldn't trade my Henkel knives for anything.
