ZXALAN, as you know, its all in the tune. Also the fact that I am running low boost and an intercooler. The turbo is going on 4 years now and am more impressed every time I ride it.
Oh yeah, also requires extra upkeep.
The bike likely has more trip miles that local.It was my daily rider until the 08 last year.
The bike has been to mid-ohio(ama)twice.Too the bash twice,WV,NEW ENGLAND,upstate NY,PENN etc. etc. Feel privlaged to do it! Nothing like a turbo tourer.
Was telling the head of the ECTA its model designation_ TTLSRR- TURBO TOURING LAND SPEED ROAD RACING edition.
Have read about a lot of other guys who have done extensive traveling also.
PS, don't get me wrong this trip had me a little(alot) nervous as I was a little tenative.My plan was to only make a couple passes,but it is just too much fun, so threw caution to the wind.
Now at home ,I may have some unfinished biz. in the GREAT state of MAINE!
