Todays fun letter from the other teams lawyer

Tell her lawyer that she is not allowed to live in the joint property while its ownership is in question. She either moves out as well, allows you to move back in, or pays you 50% of fair market value for the your half of the home and all its belongings. You are entitled to 50% of her income until the judge says otherwise so tell her to pay the deposits or allow you to move back in.... and get your damn dog back!

Man, this sucks arse man. I agree get a lawyer to help you out man and also agree posting it up for us is not good. giving a fud or not got to try and be smart about it.

But this is funny shi7. I must entertain my org brothers and sisters.

Charlie is right -- if she is the primary bread winner, ask for support. Even during the time that you are separated leading up to the final divorce signing, she should be helping with the bills. A lawyer would get that done for ya, but like everything else, attorneys cost money.

BTW in your situation, it is reasonable to expect that a judge would order her to pay spousal support.

Call your vet and see if the dog has been seen recently...or if there's been a request to have the records forwarded to a new vet.

Tell her lawyer that you want visitation rights

My neighbor's ex-husband did that visitation thing with the dogs in their divorce. He stops by every so often and gets both dogs and takes them on walks.

Poor RSd.....

Notice how the 'd' is lowercase. That's because he's out of Viagra and selling himself is tough these days.

Cheer up bro, it get easier.... I promise.

If somebody would hurry up and buy the "Black Bastid" he'd have enough money to keep the lights on and a retainer for an attorney. We can sit here and give advice and tell horror stories about other poor bastids that been put through the wringer but I don't know Canadian law and how or what he is or isn't entitled to. That's why you need a pro Rubb.... somebody who has the knowledge and motivation (your $$$) to fight tooth n nail for you. Because right now your like a 1 legged man in an Azz kicking contest
