that is the best part of the ORZG we get to learn from others mistakes... i wish I had pictures when I did my clutch pack install. first time it didn't went so well.. I learned a good lesson
or for that matter any kind of oil change...i swear my fingers are made out of butter

You could still have a cracked head, or a bad head gasket!

To find it, the bike need to be hot!

sounds like a head gasket to me

had the same prob with my 1397. head gasket. blowing bubbles when its hot. fine as long as i kept moving, as soon as i stopped she overheated.

UPDATE:
You all got it head on. Head gasket fixed my issue.
