If he doesn't get the Motogp ride, I'm pretty sure Spies will either re-sign with Yosh or end up with Jordan Suzuki (it almost happened last year, if it weren't for Yosh upping his contract).

I might get my wish sooner than expected. Sounds like he will test after the next race and possibly race Valencia!

Hey charles I think you can slot in Edwards on the other Tech 3 Yamaha. At least that is the story I have been reading. He and Toseland are to be teammates.

I really don't know why Yamie doesn't use Edwards as a test and developement rider like they do in F1  

 ? He's been the best tester for tires and bike setups any team has ever had (as stated by Mich and every team he's ridden for) . And to go to a 2nd tier team isn't either the way to go out, or a way to end your career
