hey, Jinx! Good job, busa bro. Opiates are the shid when it comes to pain relief, but hell when it becomes a long enough rope to hang from. Went down around the first part of July and trying to do recovery. Took me away from work so I'm trying to stay occupied with school, 23 freakin' hours this semster. What I used to have in chest and shoulders is sittin' on my frickin' belt, and then some. Recovery sucks....

i'd love to lose 82 lbs, i'd still weigh 195. stay healthy man, lots of veggies and fruits, tons and tons of water. the way to kick those kinds of habits are simple, but not easy. if you don't want to slip, stay away from slippery places.

thanks for the kind words and support everyone...yesterday afternoon i even found the energy to run out to autozone and buy some cleaners and such and gave oren a good washdown and chain maint./lube...so now both of us are cobweb free! LOL!
