Talked to the shop yesterday. He is changing out the exhaust to see if that will fix it and if not they are pulling the cam in the event it was a bad part from factory. After that they are out of guesses.

Wow, that's awful.
I like to give you a hard time about your Harley, but I really hate reading this.
I hope they can do something for you.
I think we've all had one at some point that seemed impossible to fix.

Tbh, this is starting to take the fun out of modding and riding. Not sure if I will stay with the Harley brand, there are quite a few I still like, but there will be a lot of thought put into my next direction.

I can see it being frustrating especially when you've been through your medical experience and just want to ride when the time comes.....

This is not the norm. Harleys are very simple machines.
Not bagging on your guy but the issue started after work was done, if I recall.
Simple logic means it was something they did.
What got me was the reaching for ECU issues. That's when a builder is way out if their league.
Ship the bike to fuel moto. Solid and it will be perfect. Just my.02

Bike is done! 112.5 hp 121 TQ. After all was said and done, the cam was bad from the factory. They put in a new matching cam, and the bike tuned perfectly. Never would have thought the cam would be bad out of the box.

Crazy, looks like HD has production issues these days like everyone else......

Excellent news. Any bike with that weight handicap should have at least a hundred ponies.
