All the Gsxr1k tail swaps I ever saw were 05/06 or newer, I don't ever remember seeing an 01/02 tail on a Gen1 Busa...and it looks really good.

I always thought the tail of the Hayabusa is what gave it the distinct look of a Hayabusa...

This tail does look good but it also looked good on the GSXR....
