Hey Guys the bike is overheating and one of the suggested parts to change was the thermostat. I have ordered one can some one please guide me through the process of how to remove and reinstall......Thanks for your help

I believe that you have to lift up the tank and it is on the back of the head. It should have two 8 or 10mm bolts to remove. You would probably want to drian the system prior to removing the thermostat housing by taking the bottom hose off the radiator.

Hey guys i did a bit of reading about this is it necessary to pull the air box and the throttle body in a 2004 to change the thermostat.....

No it is not. It is easier if you just remove the tank ad you can use an 8MM socket to remove the 2 screws.
