It is a repost, I think we got it the first time from a friend of the rider hit. She was sore, but no serious injuries, as I recall.

On cell phone, not paying attention, thought he was going to rear-end the car in front, BOOM, 270, etc.

Nelson knew who the rider was, no serious injuries. I'm sure with the video that the driver of the
car would lose the case.
