This is like a Busa Version 1.1  Not groundbreaking at all. More like a small update to stay with the times.

Which is good, in some way, but not enough for some Busa riders when it came to their expectations of 1400 or 1500cc and titanium everything and weight savings this, and lighter wheels that...

But on the street, I think this Busa version update will be fairly competitive against the ZX-14, which is good for Suzuki's reputation without having them need to break out a new factory.

Suzuki has good business sense. Too good actually...but, I am not inspired by this bike. For me, the Hayabusa is about inspiration, so I am somewhat disappointed at this outcome.

But I will certainly still like riding a 2007 or 2008.
