Factory rims

I have a 2008 Busa and in the process of having the rims powder-coated. The rims seems to be factory powder coated but I am unsure. Anybody out there know if the rims are powder coated or painted at the factory. Thanks in advance!!!!!!!

i think painted with some sort of heat treatment. idk for sure. someone smarter than me will chime in soon
