Facebook Virus

I got this from the proxy at work:



Facebook.com has been found to host a new virus that our desktop anti-virus software is not currently able to protect against.

The site will be inaccessible until such time as we are able to prevent infection of this new virus.


apparently its the Koobface virus with a twist.

Thanks for the headsup. Some quick research confirmed it is a real threat and now I've blocked it at our company. It was a huge time waster anyways. Glad to have it gone.

im so glad the Marine Corps just authorized us to log on with our government laptops/desktops
