Exhaust Tip Attachment

I plan on going to the local auto parts store and getting some tips to take off the stock exhaust (too broke to get something else) for now. What do I need to attach the tip to the pipe? I want it coming out of the header.

Also i think ive read that the pipe is 1 5/8 inch so ill go 1 3/4 if they have that in stock. if im wrong, please correct me~

use a caliper to measure the pipe, usually they're band clamped on

do you know how the busa will run after this? will you need to remap it? my guess is you're going for loudness to be noticed correct?
let me know how it turns out. Hot bodies sells the tips for not that much. i believe 269.00 is the cheapest i've seen.
