nor did i (and i think i saw umpteen of em)
in that case,
you show in the video,
i pers. would inspect the valve from inside with an endoscope ,
if it is still closing or already got burned.
and
i would guess that the clearance wasn´t controled / adjusted since the bike was "born" .
and that view i guess is not caused by old / bad / over aged oil .
it is the view of a mishandled engine .
and i would distrust the cylinder head so much that i would
1st do a compression test
and
2nd dismantle the head to be able to check the valves & their valve seats (all of them).
better safe than sorry .
i suppose this head is scrap.
