Ceramic coating inside header

Hi...I want to ceramic coat inside and out,my zx11 turbo header

What's best company to send it to...its important to not rust,no one makes turbo headers for my zx11 any more.

I used the VT 2000 heat...but its flaking off and rusting

Btw: I saw someone here recommended

Ide like something I can put on,to lower cost,but getting it done best is most important
