BMC race filter

I just picked up a used BMC race filter for my Busa. I have no reason to doubt the person I bought it from, but after looking the filter over very thoroughly, I could find no part numbers or markings. So my question is, How do you distsinguish a street version filter from the race version?

I think the race version is a different material. I think it is a thin material and the street is a thicker like the K&N.
