baffle a micron?

anyone know if you can remove the baffle off a micron exhaust? is it possible?

The one I have has four allenhead bolts on each end .Unscrew those and the baffel comes apart ,Thats how I have rerpacked mine,It's a straight through pipe with baffel materal wraped around the inner pipe

You should just about every exhaust has a removeable baffle

If yours doesent have bolts but rivets, they can be drilled out and re-revited after
Its possible to take anything apart, getting it back together

thanks guys...my can does not have rivets or bolt holes..so i guess i will try and figure it out myself..want the exhaust to really rumble..too weak for me..if this dont work ..i will get the muzzy

Is it welded on the ends? Your exhaust has more tricks up its sleeve

i meant it doesnt have bolt holes..so i will drill out the rivets

no it is not that bad..i just dont like this exhaust..its all pieced together i feel..

there is two rivets at the end of the can near the exhaust hole...is that where i need to drill to remove the baffle? there is only 2 rivets and it looks as if it is holding the micron "M" emblem together on the end
