With the weather you have headed your way, I'd imagine 4 am is about the only time riding is tolerable there. National news said 103 in DC later this week. WTF???

You're right. This time of the year, that's the best time to go out. I can even wear my leather jacket and still feel comfortable. I wore my perforated leather jacket yesterday morning when I left at 4:30 am and I had to pull over to put my liner on. I was getting cold after about 30 minutes.
