Only 5 more days until my track day at Pacific Raceways with 2-Fast.org Performance School! I had a great talk with the owner, Mark. I'm so stoked!
I'm going to trailer the bike to the track so I can prep it the day before, and carry spare fuel and food/drinks, tools, and tires (if needed). I have good gear for the track. Arai Corsair (OGK FF-5 if it gets here in time), Komodo Gear K-LT leathers, Alpinestars GP Plus gloves, and Sidi boots. Class will run rain or shine. That's okay with me as long as it's not monsoon type rain. So far the forecast looks dry and overcast.
That means no glaring sun to compete with.
I'm going to be going prepping my bike every moment I'm not working or sleeping.
I need to check my remaining tread depth today so I know if I need to change the tires before I hit the track.
I have consulted with a Track Master (Thanks Charles), and I'm ready to go have a blast!
