Quick question on the flashing.... i set it to "fast" flash mode. Only things I changed were the PAIR removal, limiter removal, mode A only. it will only flash in "normal mode" . Is this because of the parameters I'm changing? It did it even when I did just the PAIR removal. Thanks!

you are right, we don't pay the factory for that... the state(WI in my case, i'm in milwaukee too) allows a dealership to charge the doc fee (up to a certain amount) because there is costs involved for keeping and disposing of your personal records after the 7 years we are legally obligated...
