Well after a few hints from Sessions,Brendanp and Red05 I got the back brake pads change
Lets not forget BABusa too! He's good for something! Just havn't figured out what it is!
Nice write up. Glad you got it done. Now dontcha feel good about yourself after doing something like this?
see, it wuz simple and you saved yerself some $$
You really needed them pads badd!
Ok we can do it who is sening the partsNext week we'll tell ya how to throw a 43 rear sprocket on and make that machine really come to life...
im glad to see you got it, do you still need me to send you the pdf?
Just one thing that many do wrong! The hook of the antichatter spring goes to the puck side(spring in the center) It looks like you have them the other way. They work fine until the pads wear down, then it makes the pad wear uneven! could cause it to lock up on ya! Not a good thing at Busa speeds!!! I've had to fix a few that were like this. BTW U got your $$ out of that old set 4 sure! If the rotor has grooves don't expect but half the wear from the Galfers! The sintered OEM style pads would smooth it out! But then, who needs rear brakes anyway! JMO
