Anyone know what this hole is for I was just cleaning my bike up when I noticed this.

It's right above the speed sensor on top of the front sprocket cover

I’m stumped on that one. I’m sure the more seasoned owners know exactly what it is.

That is a hole that has a grommet plugged into it to hold a breather hose as in the pic below of my Gen 1 sprocket cover . . . see the large diameter rubber hose with the plastic bung in the end of it?
