"We have to make the grill our office for the next 3 months while the store gets gutted, and a second story added on. Construction should start in the next few days, and we anticipate it to all be complete by mid-February. Although there are signs everywhere saying we are closed, we still get a rocket doctor or two banging on the windows asking if we are in fact closed or not."
