they'll survive whatever you've got in mind with your bike as long as you treat them right.

The BT56J will hold for longer topspeedruns (only 187mph)
but you can watch the tire melting away.

On the Autobahn you can go for 10 miles and more on this speed without problems (pressure MUST be 42psi)

(Going like this it will last only for about 500miles)

above that i have never been :banghead::banghead:
so i can give no comment ???

We've hit 220mph on one but I personally consider that an upper limit. 200-210 without spinning it due to high HP and I'm fine with it.

I notice after a few 160+ UP TO 185 indicated the back tire seems to have lost some tread like I put another 1000 easy miles on it.......

Do you guys think the new BT-021 Will last longer with a these few ocasional 160+ runs every summer?

Although I am really liking a number of the Bridgestone offerings (BT016, BT002RS) right now... The BT021 should probably be on a "do not buy" list.. Although the rears seem to hold up fairly well, there is more than a few documented issues with the front tires and some type of defect that causes them to wear out in 2000 miles or less.. (probably some compound issue)

Just do a search here for the BT021, I was one of the first to post up on this problem and BS gave me a set of tires to replace the ones I had (still sitting on the floor here for sale if you decide to try them  ).. I was never really happy with how the bike felt when pushing it on this tire.. The BT016? could not be happier for the street..
