Im in the working on installing a full system on my 05 busa, Iv got everything off down to the stock header, does the radiator and oil cooler need to come off also ? It looks like the radiator fan is going to stop me. It looks like i may be able to undo the radiator mounts and pull it foward maybe 2 in. ? Any helpfull hints will be gladly taken . Thanks.

when i did my full brock/hindle system i pulled the fan out and loosened the rad and oil cooler so they would move and was able to sneak it in there but be careful around the radiator.

I did what you are suggesting (Gixerhp turned me on to the info) knock the mounting bolts loose and just push it forward.. works fine..

It takes a bit of "wiggle" to get around the oil cooler lines but it can be done without opening any fluids

Cover the radiator with card board so it does not look like a mess when done.
