Hoping someone that's done a big bore kit w/cylinder exchange can answer this. Anybody know the Suzuki p/n for the gasket (shown with plug) in attached pic? It's for the water plugs on a Gen I cylinder block, total of 3 per. Microfiche both online and at local dealer doesn't show this item, or we're both stupid. Either way, appreciate some help. Thanks in advance.

Are yours broken? We have never had to replace them. They are, however, a rubber coated washer. Shouldn't be too hard to find on the web.

Not broken, but when going to install them on new block noticed rubber is peeling. Don't want to take any chances so was looking for new ones. Be nice to have OEM. Thanks for the reply though.

Found it! It's actually in the head diagram. Parts guy at Carter Power Sports figured it out. I had the plug in hand and he was able to see that it had same dimensions as other fittings on the engine. One of the copper gaskets fit it nicely but was too thick. So he found another gasket that had same dia but thinner. Not shown in block diagram but this is it. Not like you change out your cylinder block every day but good to know if you ever need it.
