Thought that I better introduce myself, I live in England, and I have recently purchased a K8 Hayabusa, this is my second Busa, and I love the power and torque.

Hm...

That was taken on the day I bought it. It had been raining, and the roads were wet, therefore the 'shiney' bits on the tyres (tires) is rainwater.
