I looked over my gutted fuel pump housing and it loked ok with no restrictions.
I had purchased a RPM Interneal Fuel Pump cover ( http://www.rpmcycleperformance.com/products_suzuki.htm )
so I went ahead and removed the stock housing completely and installed the RPM unit.

A ssoon as my new WALBRO 255LPH External Inline Fuel Pump GSL-392 gets here I will start putting it back together. I have removed all the "extra" electronics that I have puyt on the bike so that now only the Power Commander will be the only thing on the bike. We shall see.
OK, since you are using the RPM piece that rules out the fuel pump housing, but my extra one looked real good too.
Have you replaced external fuel filter that comes with the kit?

you can buy it seperatly , but it is 225.00 ! when mine plugged up I would break the whole pump assy down and blow everything out with compressed air , it would then work fine again for a while but would clog again between 20 and 200 miles , so anyway i bought a used pump assy

Did you replace the fuel filter tower? The big black thing that the pump, regulator, fit into? I had the same problem and replaced the fuel pump (little round motor) (fuel pressure regulator) Small metal L shaped thing, all for nothing. Then I found out the fuel filter is the large black thing that all that stuff plugs into. Replaced that and click....click.....boom ! she was back to haulin azz! I don't know if this will help..So I'll also chuck in a free

Good luck brother!
Ding; Ding; Ding!

We have a winner!!!!

Finally got to take the bike out again tonight even though the roads were still damp and she's back.
Swapped the replacement fuel pump housing with my original that I had modified for the turbo and it worked.
Glad she's back on the road with full power again.
I would like to thank all those that helped and suggested possibilities.
I appreciate it.
