Need a lawyer for a no-injury claim. anyone?

I think I posted a thread some time earlier about getting hit by a drunk driver... well now I'm in search of a lawer to handle the case with the insurance company.

All the ones I've call thus far have all said "No injury, no case".

This my friends, is a load of BS.

So if you know any lawyers out there that will take tricky insurance claims, please PM me or post up.

tl;dr - I need a lawyer to take a collision case with no injuries involved.
