Well I started working on my Busa today!! I had to change the front and left side fairnings so I went ahead and got the smoked turn signals from Clear Alternatives. Ive made a little bit of progress on it but not much. the fairings are a pain to get off. Still on the to-do list is install the pcIII, Brocks Shortmeg, BMC Race air filter and get rid of the ugly stock undertail. Debating on whether or not to put the nose cone back on before I get HIDs. I'm not for sure if it would be easier to do with the nose off the bike or not. Anyways here are some crappy cell phone pics on the progress that has been made so far.

It is easier to install the HID with the nose off, but not required. I'm sure you'll be very pleased when its done.
