In the San Francisco, Bay Area the labor rates at shops is no longer tethered to affordability.
Audi Dealership in San Rafael, CA - $180.00 per hour
High end bodyshops - $100.00 to $120.00 per hour
One bedroom 900sf going for $3K

What's it like where you live?

I thought someone might be interested here it is around $140 per hour at most MC dealers :sulk:thats why I service my own bikes plus you know whats done to it

Local MC shop rates are $63 hr. (not dealer but good shop)
2 bedroom house, 2 car detach, on 1 acre lot will run you 20 grand.
guess there is a plus to living in the middle of no where.

Down here in Corona/Costa Mesa I think most shops are in the $100-120 per hour range.Decent 2 bdrm. apt. goes from $1800-$2200(and up,if you hope to get a 1 car garage).
